A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join its R&D team and develop advanced CRM solutions, custom applications, and enterprise integrations.
The role combines hands-on Salesforce development, modern Web technologies, and AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, testing, and engineering efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build Salesforce configurations, extensions, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Work with Force.com, Metadata APIs, Web Services, and SOA
- Collaborate with Business teams, Systems Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable application code
- Use AI development tools for Code Reviews, Unit Testing, and development optimization
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives and implement modern Web development best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Salesforce / Force.com development experience
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing software applications
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, and Metadata APIs
- Proven experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Base44, or Agentforce
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Web Services, SOA, and enterprise integrations
- Experience developing custom Salesforce applications using modern Web technologies
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
Advantages
- Experience with data migration, ETL, and integration tools
- Familiarity with React, AngularJS, Ember, Java, C#, or OOP
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Data Modeling, and writing testable code
- Experience with Google Analytics, Usability Testing, Design, or UX collaboration
