Job Description: Apps Designer II – Salesforce

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Apps Designer II specializing in Salesforce development , Revenue Cloud, and CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Quote-to-Cash business processes. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, configuring complex pricing and product workflows, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
• Implement and enhance Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, including quote generation, pricing, product configuration, guided selling, approvals, and quote templates.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, finance, and other enterprise applications.
• Apply Salesforce DevOps best practices, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Work within Agile development environments to deliver solutions efficiently and reliably.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT professional , with broad experience across multiple IT disciplines.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• Salesforce APIs
• Experience implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ .
• Strong expertise in Apex and LWC development.
• Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience with complex pricing, product configuration, guided selling, approval workflows, and quote templates.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, finance, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, source control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI tools or AI capabilities in application development.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Billing, Revenue Cloud Advanced, or subscription-based business models.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential job functions.
