Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Develop robust and scalable solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrate them with Salesforce backend services.
• Design and implement Lightning Flows for business process automation and workflow requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration mechanisms.
• Work with Salesforce APIs, authentication mechanisms, integration patterns, and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
• Develop custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and Salesforce declarative capabilities.
• Implement Salesforce data models, custom objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, and other platform configurations.
• Optimize Apex code, SOQL, and SOSL queries to ensure application performance and scalability.
• Develop reusable and maintainable Lightning components using LWC.
• Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements, enhancements, and technical solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Write unit tests and ensure appropriate Apex test coverage before deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues, integration failures, and performance problems.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governor limits.
• Work with Salesforce deployment tools and processes to promote code and configuration across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers where required.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, development frameworks, and best practices.
