Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and user permissions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement reliable solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment.
• Write unit tests and maintain code quality through reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
• Follow Salesforce security, data management, and development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing or customizing Salesforce applications.
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, security settings, and automation tools.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and system integration principles.
• Experience with Git, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of data migration, integration testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
