We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a growing technology team within a well-established professional services organisation. This is a hands-on role where you'll help develop, optimise and expand Salesforce capabilities across the business, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building, testing and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and wider business systems.
• Enhancing and optimising Salesforce to support business growth and new service launches.
• Working with a range of Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party applications.
• Supporting the adoption and development of AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Taking ownership of development work from design through to deployment and ongoing enhancement.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience building, maintaining and supporting Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within regulated environments and following governance processes.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange products.
• Experience working with Agentforce or other AI-driven Salesforce capabilities.
• Previous experience within a professional services or regulated industry environment.
