About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to develop and maintain scalable solutions for the Prism project. The candidate should have strong Salesforce platform development fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Mandatory SkillsSalesforce Platform DevelopmentApex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)JavaScriptStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts; Java knowledge is preferredSalesforce Data ModelSOQL and SOSLGovernor limits and performance optimizationSalesforce security: Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing RulesUnit testing, debugging, and code reviewsResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.Build reusable and scalable components following Salesforce best practices.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.Participate in Agile sprints and deliver tasks independently.Identify issues and recommend improvements.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to meet delivery timelines.Good to have: Salesforce integrations and API experience.Important RequirementsCandidates must be available to join immediately, work in a hybrid model with two office days per week, work the 2 PM–11 PM IST shift, and attend one in-person interview round.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
