Job Description – Salesforce Administrator

Position: Salesforce Administrator

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational (24x7 Support)

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, role, permission sets, and access controls.

 Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types and

validation rules.

 Create and maintain automation using flow builder, approval processes and other

Salesforce automation tools

 Generate and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical insights.

 Troubleshoot Salesforce to end users.

 Manage security settings, sharing rules and field-level security.

 Support Salesforce releases, testing, deployment and change management

 Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement

solutions

 Maintain Salesforce documentation and follow best practices for system

administration.

 Work with development and integration teams to resolve technical issues and

support system integrations

Required Skills and Qualification

 Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM administration and configuration.

 Hand-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder, Validation rules and approval

processes.

 Experience management users, Profiles, roles, permission sets, and security setting.

 Proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards and data management tools

 Knowledge of Data Loader, Data Import Wizard and data migration processes.

 Understanding of Salesforce sales cloud and/or service cloud.

 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

 Good Communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
