Salesforce Developer - Field Service

Context

You will be part of a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with analysts, architects, other developers, the product owner, business owner, and key users.

You will work within an Agile methodology, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions that support business processes and goals.

Missions

• Customize, develop, and integrate Salesforce environments, with a strong focus on Field Service and related technologies.
• Take ownership of building, testing, and deploying scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate daily with analysts, developers, architects, product owner, and business stakeholders within the Salesforce team.
• Interact with end users and other technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
• Define and execute unit and integration tests.
• Support business users during UAT and contribute to change/communication strategies during deployments.

• Minimum 3 years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Full professional proficiency in English

1. Strong experience with Field Service
2. Ability to develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
3. Capable of configuring and administering Salesforce orgs to meet complex business requirements
4. Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines
5. Familiarity with Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar CI/CD tools is an advantage
6. Minimum of 2 years working in an agile/scrum environment
7. At least 3 years of professional Salesforce development experience
8. Strong communication skills — concise, respectful, and adaptable to different audiences
