About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and Lightning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.
• Develop reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components.
• Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative tools.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
• Support production deployments and post-release issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
