Role Overview

This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and tier II support of CRM applications on the Salesforce platform within the Sales and Service Technology portfolio. The role involves integrating the CRM Salesforce instance with several enterprise data domains, requiring experience with enterprise integration patterns and security mechanisms. The candidate will interact with business stakeholders and technology counterparts and must be available to support production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise by analyzing and evaluating code issues and offering guidance.
• Design and develop solutions on the CRM Salesforce platform, integrating with backend systems.
• Create sizing and estimates for design solutions, evaluate design options, and assess risks.
• Actively participate in design review discussions and influence technical and business teams.
• Demonstrate technical leadership to ensure the successful implementation of CRM Salesforce projects.
• Implement solutions that meet security standards.
• Conduct application change impact analysis and proactive analysis of platform architecture for process improvement.
• Provide best practice design recommendations on Salesforce platform development.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to support production systems.

Required Qualifications Experience:

• 5-7 years of proven experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Proven experience leading a Salesforce development project.
• Experience implementing Salesforce UI on Lightning.
• Experience with automated build deployment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology and tools.
• Experience supporting production operations in a high-availability environment.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features.
• Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, Visualforce, Apex coding, and batch processing.
• Expertise in synchronous and asynchronous integration of Salesforce with backend systems.
• Experience in Java/J2EE technology stack and distributed computing.
• Experience with SQL scripts and Unix systems.
• Experience in enterprise integration patterns and security mechanisms.

• Experience interfacing with business partners at various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the business functions the team supports.
