Salesforce Developer - Malaysia

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to play a key technical role across the design, development and ongoing improvement of a complex Salesforce environment.
You will work closely with product, architecture, delivery and support teams to build high-quality Salesforce solutions, improve existing capability and provide technical leadership across the platform. (EP sponsorship is available for this role)

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on senior development role with responsibility for designing, building and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions.
You will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions
• Building solutions using Apex, Lightning and Visualforce
• Enhancing and refactoring existing Salesforce applications
• Integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and systems
• Providing technical guidance to architects, delivery and support teams
• Evaluating Salesforce applications, add-ons and platform capabilities
• Supporting Salesforce releases and production deployments
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Producing clear technical design and development documentation
• Researching new Salesforce capabilities and recommending platform improvements
• Mentoring developers and providing technical direction to the broader team
• Driving development standards and Salesforce best practice

About You
You will have strong Salesforce development experience gained within a complex enterprise environment and be comfortable operating as a senior technical specialist.
Ideally, you will bring experience across:

• Apex development
• Lightning Components / Lightning Web Components
• Visualforce
• Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Custom Salesforce application development
• Salesforce deployment and release processes
• Agile delivery environments
• Technical solution design
• Troubleshooting complex platform issues
• Mentoring and supporting other developers

You will also be confident working with Enterprise Architects, Product Leads, delivery teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification is highly regarded.
