About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support core business operations.

You’ll work closely with the Salesforce Manager and technical team to develop custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, automations, and platform improvements while maintaining strong code quality, security, performance, and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and other Salesforce capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
• Participate in sprints, technical refinement, estimation, code reviews, testing, and release activities.
• Write clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented code.
• Create and maintain Apex unit tests and support functional and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and identify root causes.
• Optimize Salesforce solutions with consideration for governor limits, performance, security, scalability, and data integrity.
• Support technical debt reduction, legacy-code improvements, and platform maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation for custom development, integrations, configurations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Automation Specialists, technical leadership, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience in a structured business environment.

• Strong experience with:

  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Custom Salesforce development

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification – Required

• Platform Developer II or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Apex design patterns
  • Asynchronous Apex
  • Governor limits
  • Data modeling
  • Salesforce sharing and security
  • Scalable development practices

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs, including REST/SOAP, web services, middleware, or similar technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver production-ready solutions.

• Experience with Git, source control, DevOps, and CI/CD is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Platform Events.
• Experience with Zapier, Jotform, Calendly, MuleSoft, or similar integration/automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce performance optimization, query selectivity, bulkification, and large-data-volume environments.
• Experience working with complex Salesforce data models.
• Experience with automated deployment and release practices.
