Salesforce Developer: Org Management & Feature Development

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to take ownership of an established Salesforce org. You’ll build and ship new features, keep the org’s architecture healthy as it grows, and make sure every enhancement fits cleanly with the processes and workflows teams already depend on. This is an ongoing engagement for someone who enjoys learning an existing system in depth and improving it over time.

What You’ll Do

• Support and manage a live, production Salesforce org day to day
• Design, develop, and roll out new Salesforce features from requirements through release
• Get to know the current org structure, configuration, and customizations, and keep them documented
• Maintain and evolve the org’s architecture so it stays scalable and maintainable
• Make sure every change works with existing processes, automations, and integrations
• Work closely with project managers and internal teams to turn business needs into working solutions
• See enhancements through to completion, including testing, deployment, and handoff

What You Bring

• Strong, hands-on Salesforce development experience
• A solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its data model, security model, and automation tools
• A track record of maintaining and evolving the architecture of an existing org, not only building greenfield implementations
• Comfort owning ongoing development and maintenance in a production environment
• Experience turning stakeholder requirements into finished, adopted Salesforce solutions
• Clear communication and strong collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow expertise
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling, such as SFDX, Copado, or Gearset
• Experience auditing or reducing technical debt in a mature org
