Role - Salesforce Developer/ System Analyst

Type - Temporary Contract with Adecco (i.e umowa o pracę tymczasową)

Salary - 40000PLN gross monthly

Duration - 3 Months (Possibility of extension )

Location - Remote Poland

Role Overview : Our division operates a Salesforce environment supporting three global business lines, in place since 2015, which has accumulated significant complexity and technical debt over time. We are undertaking a structured assessment of this environment to build an accurate, evidence-based picture of its current state and capabilities, as part of a broader strategic review of the platform’s future direction.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / System Analyst to work alongside our Product Owner and Solution Architect to explore, document, and analyze the current Salesforce environment. This role is foundational to the assessment — the accuracy and depth of the findings will directly shape the recommendations that follow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

Gather, analyze, and document requirements and observations through workshops, interviews, and independent exploration with limited oversight. Translate findings into functional documentation.

2. Salesforce System and Functional Exploration

Explore and document current Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations to support the outcomes above.

Capture process variations, exceptions, alternate flows, and manual workarounds.

Identify process-level risks, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.

Maintain a process-level discovery log for gaps, blockers, and dependency issues.

3. Data Analysis, Metadata analysis & Querying

Perform data extraction and analysis using SQL/SOQL or equivalent tools. Validate data quality and consistency; build supporting reports or dashboards where useful.

4. Root Cause Analysis

Apply structured root cause techniques (e.g., 5 Whys) to recurring system or process issues identified during the assessment.

5. Documentation & Governance

Maintain clear, structured documentation of configurations, findings, and recommendations, suitable for inclusion in a leadership-facing assessment. Identify high‑level system touchpoints for each process step (no technical details).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Functional Analysis / Business Analysis,
• 2+ Salesforce Architecture experience in Enterprise level organizations
• Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or relevant modules).
• Hands-on experience in metadata, data analysis and querying (SQL, SOQL, or similar).
• Understanding of APEX, LWC, integrations, AURA and similar
• Demonstrated experience analyzing existing systems and identifying gaps, ideally in complex or multi-tenant environments.

• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (flows, objects, reports, dashboards).

• Understanding of integrations and data flows between systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and propose data-driven solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Attention to detail and structured thinking.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience in business process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Exposure to CPQ platforms and process optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with middleware/integration layers.
• Good awareness of Service Cloud is a plus.
• Minimum awareness of Marketing Cloud is a plus
