About the Role
We are actively looking for a reliable and confident Salesforce Developer who has hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations and is comfortable interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Work on Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and development tasks.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in client discussions and confidently explain implemented solutions.
• Conduct or support client demos and presentations.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform and implementation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Confident in explaining technical solutions to clients.
• Experience participating in client calls or demos is highly preferred.
• Candidates should be reliable, proactive, willing to learn, and take ownership of their work.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
