Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.

Implement AI-driven automation solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Prompt Builder.

Extend Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities to improve end-to-end case management and user experience.

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

Write high-quality, maintainable code and ensure adequate unit testing with 90% or higher code coverage.

Use VS Code, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git for development, version control, and deployment.

Support CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce release management processes.

Leverage AI development tools and AWS-native services to enhance productivity and innovation.

Troubleshoot complex issues, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills

Salesforce Core Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.

AI & Automation: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce setup and Prompt Builder.

Salesforce Clouds: Experience extending Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.

Development Tools: VS Code, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git.

CI/CD: Experience with deployment pipelines and release management.

Integration & Testing: Enterprise system integrations, unit testing, debugging, and code quality assurance.

Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience, with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Core Development.
