• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance
• Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality

About you

• Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Proficient in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and design patterns
• Experience in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development
