Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Jenkins, SFDX and Git to manage Salesforce CI/CD, multi-org deployments and release management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Jenkins + SFDX + Git CI/CD pipelines
- Manage multi-org Salesforce environments and branching strategies
- Automate deployments with validation, rollback and monitoring
- Implement DevSecOps practices including security scans and compliance checks
- Support global Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and releases
- Ensure metadata consistency and controlled promotions across environments
- Optimize Salesforce environment performance and reliability
- Mentor junior team members and drive DevOps best practices
Must Have
5+ years Salesforce DevOps experience
Jenkins + SFDX + Git
Salesforce multi-org environment management
CI/CD & deployment automation
Salesforce Health Cloud
DevSecOps / security & compliance
Git branching & release strategies
