Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of overall Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps, Administration, CI/CD, and Release Management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, deployment automation, environment management, and Salesforce administration, along with moderate Apex development experience.

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, hotfixes, and rollback strategies.
• Implement Git-based branching and source-driven development.
• Configure and maintain deployment automation using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Develop automation scripts using YAML, Shell, and Bash.
• Manage Scratch Orgs, Sandboxes, environments, and environment synchronization.
• Support package-based development and deployment strategies.
• Establish and maintain Salesforce release and deployment governance.
• Perform Salesforce administration including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Dynamic Forms.
• Manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Queues, and Salesforce security models.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, and Lightning Record Pages.
• Support data migration, data cleanup, and data quality activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to business users.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and source-driven development.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Good understanding of YAML, Shell/Bash scripting.
• Moderate hands-on experience with Apex.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, and Environment Management.
• Good knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and org governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
