Salesforce DevOps Engineer

1. Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI (templates, shared pipelines, runners)
2. Understanding of Salesforce platform development lifecycle - metadata deployments, scratch orgs, sf CLI, and JWT-based authentication
3. Experience with AWS services (ECR, S3, IAM) to support container-based build images and artifact storage solutions is desired
4. Ability to build delta/incremental deployment pipelines for Salesforce using source-tracking and git-diff strategies
5. Proficiency in static code analysis tooling - SonarQube integration, quality gates, and code coverage enforcement (Apex, LWC, Flows)
6. Knowledge of branching strategies including protected branches, merge request workflows, and CODEOWNERS goverce
7. Experience implementing GitOps deployment manifest patterns - state-driven promotions across multiple Salesforce environments
8. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices - SAST, security scanning, vulnerability triage, and shift-left testing within pipelines
9. Ability to automate pre/post-deployment tasks (batch jobs, cache resets, product hierarchy refreshes) via scripting and Salesforce APIs
10. Strong collaboration skills to work with platform architects, developers, and release managers in an Agile delivery environment
