Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Release Manager to manage Salesforce releases and deployments across multiple environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Copado and GitHub and be able to coordinate releases, resolve deployment issues, and maintain stable environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Salesforce releases across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
• Handle code promotions, back-promotions, and environment synchronization.
• Manage GitHub branches, pull requests, and merge conflicts.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with developers and project teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and identify the root cause.
• Maintain release documents, deployment procedures, and environment standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Release Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Copado.
• Good knowledge of GitHub, branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment dependencies, and sandbox management.
• Experience managing multiple development workstreams and releases simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio) deployments, including DataPacks and OmniStudio components.
• Copado certifications such as Fundamentals, Consultant, or Robotic Testing.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Administrator.
• Experience in the Energy and Utilities industry or large-scale transformation projects.
