Requirements

• Salesforce Field Service (FSM) Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and B2C service operations.
• Implement end-to-end service lifecycle solutions including work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce enablement in telecom/service domains.
• Design and implement Field Service (FSM/FSL) solutions covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Service Resources.
• Configure and enhance Work Order lifecycle, Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Resource Availability.
• Build automation using Flows, Apex, Triggers, Validation Rules, and LWC for customer-facing UI.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Perform debugging and production troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in: Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM), Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling, Apex, LWC, and Triggers, Flows and Lightning Components.
• Certifications: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer; Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
