Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect with 15+ years of experience, including strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio. The candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical discussions, and delivering complex FSC implementations for banking and financial-services clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for Salesforce FSC implementations.

• Design scalable solutions using the Salesforce FSC Data Model.

• Provide hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, including:

• OmniScripts

• Integration Procedures

• FlexCards

• DataRaptors

• Design and oversee integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways, KYC/AML platforms, and other enterprise systems.

• Lead architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.

• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce implementations.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Mentor Salesforce developers and technical teams.

• Troubleshoot complex technical and integration challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with significant Salesforce architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, APIs, data modelling, and security.
• Proven experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking, payment, KYC/AML, and third-party platforms.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations end-to-end.
• Strong communication, solutioning, and technical leadership capabilities.

Preferred Profile:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect / Application Architect / System Architect certifications would be an advantage.
