Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSC Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio.

The candidate will work closely with banking clients, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable Salesforce solutions, lead technical discussions, and provide architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience, excellent communication skills, and proven experience delivering Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Salesforce FSC banking and financial services projects.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and architecture sessions.
• Design scalable solutions using the Salesforce FSC Data Model.
• Work hands-on with OmniStudio, including:
• OmniScripts
• Integration Procedures
• FlexCards
• DataRaptors
• Design and review integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways, KYC/AML platforms, and external applications.
• Provide technical architecture guidance across Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and APIs.
• Review solution designs, technical documents, and implementation approaches.
• Guide development teams in resolving complex technical and architectural challenges.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Support banking processes including customer onboarding, KYC/AML, financial accounts, Customer 360, and loan-related workflows.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, presales teams, and client stakeholders.
• Independently own architecture discussions and provide practical technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience delivering Salesforce projects for banking clients.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce FSC Data Model.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture.
• Good hands-on understanding of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Strong experience in client-facing technical discussions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, technically strong, client-facing Salesforce Architect who can independently lead architecture discussions and provide practical solutions for complex FSC and OmniStudio requirements.

Strong Banking domain knowledge, Salesforce FSC expertise, OmniStudio experience, architecture skills, and communication abilities are essential for this role.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
