Salesforce Industries Consultant (Veeva/Life Sciences) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll bring Salesforce Industries expertise and a Veeva or life sciences background to lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations. Your industry domain knowledge will be as valuable as your technical depth, enabling you to rapidly translate life sciences business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions. What You'll Do

• Lead Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud delivery, leveraging Veeva or life sciences industry knowledge to translate domain processes into platform solutions.
• Design integrations with external life sciences and enterprise systems via APIs.
• Apply industry-specific knowledge to drive technical design, security practices, and governance decisions.
• Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure implementations are scalable and maintainable.
• Guide and mentor team members while driving delivery independently.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or development, with a Veeva or life sciences industry background.
• Solid expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and OmniStudio.
• Background integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with MuleSoft or AWS integrations.
• Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industries.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
