Salesforce Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of innovative solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to drive business growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance customer engagement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project plans, resources, and budgets effectively.

• Grow a strong in-house engineering capability spanning UI/UX, data science, and Salesforce development

• Own the Customer Login Portal and the Channel Partner (Broker) Login Portal end to end — roadmap, features, performance, and engagement.

• 10-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.

• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.

• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and ability to apply them effectively using Salesforce tools.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
