Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer (Financial Service Cloud)

Location: Remote, India. / Remote, In Australia Client based in Adelaide

Employment Type: Contract

Work Timings: 8 am- 4 pm IST

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive solution architecture and delivery. You will guide

development teams, ensure alignment with the bank s technical and governance requirements, and provide hands-on

leadership for a project focused on AML regulatory changes, account-based statements, and digital banking platform

enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for the FSC implementation.

• Guide and mentor developers to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and project delivery

standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex banking requirements (specifically AML and

Account-Based statements) into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Ensure the implementation adheres to the bank s strict technical and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead in the Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

domain.

• Deep understanding of banking regulatory environments, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

changes.

• Proven ability to design solutions for digital banking platforms and mobile app integrations.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage offshore/onshore development teams.

• Strong governance and documentation skills.
