Salesforce Lead developer /Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical

Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote (US/Canada)

Description

• 12+ Years of IT Experience with 7+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience and significant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Devices domain.
• Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
• Translate business requirements into User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, and Functional Specifications.
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners.
• Define business processes, workflows, and Salesforce solution requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions.
• Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Release activities.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and business scenarios.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and requirement signoffs.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
• Ensure alignment with Pharma compliance and regulatory requirements.

Salesforce Expertise Strong functional knowledge of:

• Salesforce Health Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud (Preferred)
• Data Cloud (Preferred) Salesforce CPQ (Preferred)
• Case Management Workflow & Approval Processes Reports & Dashboards Salesforce Security Model Customer/Partner Communities
• The candidate should be capable of identifying declarative Salesforce solutions and collaborating effectively with technical teams for implementation.
