About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead Salesforce development projects, drive technical architecture, and guide the development team in delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development and implementation projects from design through deployment.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and automation.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.
• Manage Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD tools, or other deployment methodologies.
• Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and performance best practices.
• Participate in estimation, technical planning, code reviews, and release management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams.
• Good knowledge of deployment tools, Git, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
