Job Description:

Experience: 4 to 12 years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce LWC Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, integrations, and platform configuration, along with hands-on depth in at least one core Salesforce cloud (Sales or Service). Beyond individual technical delivery, this role carries ownership of solution design decisions, code quality governance, and leadership of a development team mentoring junior developers, driving best practices, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and the Salesforce Platform, taking ownership of architecture-level decisions.
• Build responsive, reusable, and performant UI components using Salesforce Lightning Experience, establishing component design patterns for the team to follow.
• Develop custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Design and own end-to-end integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware/iPaaS tools.
• Design and administer Flow-based automation, balancing declarative automation with programmatic solutions appropriately.
• Own configuration and security design across Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies for scalable, multi-team orgs.
• Provide deep, hands-on expertise in at least one core cloud (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud), guiding standard-vs-custom design trade-offs for that cloud.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex, cross-layer Salesforce issues (LWC, Apex, integration, and data layer).
