Salesforce Manager/ Sr. Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% onsite / 50% remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM Manila Shift

This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing experience. While the position involves leading teams and engagements, you should still be technically capable and comfortable getting hands-on with Salesforce work when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce implementation and consulting projects
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Lead, mentor, and support Salesforce teams
• Participate in Salesforce solution design, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical guidance throughout project delivery
• Work with stakeholders to address complex business and technical requirements
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery
• Stay involved in hands-on Salesforce activities when required
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage new Salesforce capabilities

Requirements

• 7–15 years of relevant Salesforce experience, depending on level
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Experience leading Salesforce projects, teams, or client engagements
• Experience with Sales Cloud implementation
• Experience with at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud, such as Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce integrations
• Experience in Salesforce implementation, consulting, or technical delivery
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to combine technical Salesforce expertise with leadership and consulting capabilities
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage

Important: This is not a purely managerial position. Candidates should remain technically strong and able to perform Salesforce work when required.

Candidates will be considered for Manager or Senior Manager level based on their overall Salesforce experience, technical depth, leadership experience, and scope of previous engagements.
