At the center of the Customer Growth business unit, you will contribute to the success of business projects through automated campaigns based on customer insights. You will work closely with 3 squad teams to drive the business at a global level.
As a CRM Campaign Specialist, your main mission will be to manage direct marketing campaigns from end-to-end: building and executing the content and technical setup, monitoring their performances, and driving continuous optimization.
Location: Lille, Paris, or Lyon
Missions
Execute automation campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): create, execute, conduct A/B tests, and scale to reach business objectives.
Perform multi-channel campaigns to ensure customer experience consistency.
Create targeting segments using SQL queries to define precise audience segments.
Develop, code, and troubleshoot responsive HTML emails that render correctly across various email clients and devices.
Utilize AMPscript and/or other relevant scripting languages (e.g., Guide Template Language) within SFMC to enable dynamic content, personalization, and complex segmentation logic.
Ensure email layout, design, and content are optimized, adhering to best practices for deliverability and accessibility.
Collaborate with the design team to translate mock-ups into high-quality, functional email templates.
Analyze and optimize automation campaigns using data and metrics such as conversion rates, engagement rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Use insights to improve performance.
Monitor industry trends, including email development standards, SFMC features, and deliverability best practices, to inform campaign optimizations.
Collaborate closely with squads (design team, data analyst, HTML integrator, squad leader) to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and customer needs.
