Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Work Schedule: 9:00pm PHT to 6:00am PHT

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Email and SMS campaign development, Marketing Cloud configuration, integrations, and customer journey automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support solutions using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Configure user access, folder hierarchy, tracking reports, and message center.
• Build responsive email templates using HTML, AMPscript, and Content Builder.
• Develop custom Preference Centers and CloudPages.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations using APIs.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and maintain test documentation.
• Manage defects using JIRA, HPQC, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Email Studio, SMS/Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and CloudPages.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and SMS communications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud integrations.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.

Primary Skill: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Secondary Skills: AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, SQL, APIs, Digital Marketing Automation.
