Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

ReliSoft Technologies is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

The role involves developing and optimizing marketing automation solutions, customer journeys, personalized communications, audience segmentation, and multi-channel customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Work with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Build responsive and personalized email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
• Develop dynamic customer communications and personalization solutions.
• Create audience segmentation and campaign automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for data segmentation and campaign requirements.
• Use SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) for Marketing Cloud development.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
• Work with APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot campaign-related issues.
• Support email deliverability and campaign optimization.
• Maintain subscriber and customer data while following privacy and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver campaign requirements.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• AMPscript
• SQL
• SSJS
• HTML/CSS
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Email Studio
• Contact Builder
• Experience in email personalization and customer segmentation.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of API integrations.
• Understanding of marketing automation and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of multi-channel customer engagement solutions.

Educational Qualification

• BE / BTech / MCA / BCA / Computer Science or related field.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
