Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Admin

• Minimum overall experience of 3+ years.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of how applications and databases work
• Strong experience in triage/troubleshooting system and application issues
• Experience managing configuration on SaaS enterprise applications; Salesforce platform knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
• Experienced in requirements gathering, creating user stories
• Strong understanding of incidents, problems and change requests management process (ITIL)
• Experience working with Ticket Management System (CRM).
• Should have participated in User Acceptance Testing. (UAT)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office - Excel
• Graduate from any background.
• Very good in both verbal and written Communication skills.
• Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce platform and products, including Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, sustainability reporting systems, data management, dashboards, or workflow-based enterprise applications.
