Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with hands-on experience in designing and developing digital experiences and industry cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers and Integration Procedures.
- Develop guided user journeys using OmniScripts.
- Design and configure FlexCards for dynamic data presentation.
- Build Integration Procedures for server-side integration and reusable business logic.
- Use Data Mappers for data extraction, transformation and mapping.
- Work with Salesforce APIs and external system integrations.
- Develop solutions across Salesforce Industry Clouds such as Communications, Healthcare, Financial Services, Public Sector and Education.
- Work with Apex, SOQL and Salesforce Flow where required.
- Troubleshoot and optimize OmniStudio components.
- Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing and deployment.
