Salesforce Practice Leader (Core Clouds)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Practice Leader (VP/Director) to lead and grow our Salesforce Core Clouds practice, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and emerging Salesforce AI and data solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, solution consulting, delivery oversight, client relationships, and team leadership. You will own the growth and performance of the practice, work closely with our sales and marketing teams to win new business, and ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

· Passion for doing good for clients and growing professionally

· 5+ consulting experience with a Salesforce SI

· 10+ years’ experience with Sales & Service Cloud

· Experience with OMS, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ/RLM

· Experience selling solutions

· Experience selling and delivering $1M+ clients/ projects

· Eagerness to learn new technologies and solutions

· Attention to detail

· US remote

· 10-20% travel required

Pay: $119,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
