What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Support automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools.
