Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

• Validate business processes across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Provar (preferred) or any other automation framework.

• Test and validate key Service Cloud modules, including:

o Case Management
o Omni-Channel
o Knowledge
o Queues
o Email-to-Case

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define
  effective test strategies.

• Execute test cases, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

• Participate in sprint planning, test planning, and release activities in an Agile environment.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage through functional and regression testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.

• Strong functional knowledge of Service Cloud modules:

o Case Management

o Omni-Channel

o Knowledge

o Queues

o Email-to-Case

• Hands-on experience with automation testing using Provar (preferred) or any other automation tool.

• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience in end-to-end functional and regression testing.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Git.

• Knowledge of SOQL/SQL for data validation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Exposure to API testing and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
