Salesforce QA Engineer

Job highlights

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and establish quality metrics for each project

• Ensure deliverables fulfill end-user requirements and resolve system issues

• Design and document test plans, test cases, and defect reports

• Coordinate with development team to resolve issues across locations

• Deliver high-quality, timely testing for each release

• Estimate scope and effort for QA work on new projects

• Work with business partners on Salesforce implementation quality

  Technical Skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript understanding of web fundamentals

• JavaScript frameworks: LWC, React, Angular (for UI testing)

• Server-side awareness: Java, PHP, Python, Node.js

• Database experience: MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL

• Experience with manual and/or automation testing tools

• Demonstrated testing work on live projects or portfolio
