What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute manual test cases for Salesforce configurations, objects, flows, and integrations
- Test Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and page layouts against functional requirements
- Validate access, visibility, and user experience across different Profiles and Permission Sets
- Set up and use the appropriate Salesforce sandboxes to run and manage testing cycles
- Debug and test API integrations with upstream and downstream systems, validating data accuracy end to end
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT-support testing across releases
- Log, track, and re-test defects, working with developers and business analysts through to resolution
- Assess the impact of changes on end users and raise functional or usability concerns early
- Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
