Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Experience in functional, system, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions
• Good understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and security model
• Hands-on experience in test planning, test scenario preparation, test case design, execution, and defect management
• Experience validating Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and tools such as Postman
• Experience in backend and data validation using SOQL and SQL
• Knowledge of test automation using Selenium with Java or an equivalent automation framework
• Experience working with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, software testing life cycle, and defect life cycle
