Core Capabilities

Understands the business implications of CRM data errors and proactively seeks to correct or escalate issues to ensure reporting accuracy.

Demonstrates strong command of Salesforce functionality including dashboards, custom reports, opportunity tracking, and partner attribution logic.

Uses trend and variance analysis to identify root causes behind data quality breakdowns across systems and processes.

Interprets and applies market intelligence (e.g., from IDC, Gartner) to support client proposals, internal discussions, or reporting narratives.

Ensures process consistency by reinforcing tagging standards, endorsement requirements, and escalation criteria across collaborators.

Acts as an intermediary between Sales Ops, Alliance teams, CRM support, and other internal stakeholders to drive resolution of data and reporting issues.

Develops, maintains, and updates dashboards, including Salesforce CRM and Power BI dashboards, to provide real-time visibility into Alliance performance. Reporting champion / advisor.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

Wins and Pipeline Reporting

• Create, customize, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools to monitor wins and pipeline performance
• Document reporting insights to support leadership decision-making and continuous process improvement.
• Analyze wins and pipeline trends using Salesforce dashboards, reports, and historical data comparisons to identify deviations, risks, and opportunities.
• Document reporting insights to support leadership decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Salesforce Data Accuracy

• Maintain and update hygiene tracking logs, highlighting attribution inconsistencies, unresolved issues, and corrective actions.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of opportunity records in Salesforce
• Act as an advisor, providing guidance on opportunity correction protocols and Help Desk escalation paths.
• Liaise with CRM administrators and/or alliance teams for issue resolution

Certification Tracking & Reporting

• Report on certification progress against alliance-specific targets by consolidating certified resource data from delivery teams across alliance partners (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, etc.), highlighting shortfalls and capability gaps to Alliance and Delivery leadership.

Secondary Research & Market Intelligence

• Curate and interpret insights from market research providers (e.g., IDC, Gartner) to support delivery teams and business development efforts.
• Develop briefing documents or quick-turn research inputs to support proposals, pipeline reviews, or leadership requests.
• Ensure availability and accessibility of research resources for internal use, coordinating with knowledge management teams where needed.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the point of contact for data remediation and revenue attribution issues within the Sales Ops team.
• Partner with Alliance, Finance, and Delivery leads to communicate attribution changes, assess impact, and align on resolution steps.
• Mentor Associates on standard operating procedures, research tools, and effective communication techniques when addressing data issues
