Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer

ReliSoft Technologies is looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Platform, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.

The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions while following Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
• Configure and customize Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Forecasting.
• Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
• Develop Apex Classes and Triggers.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages.
• Create Salesforce reports, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migration using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools.
• Support UAT, deployments, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and other technical teams.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex Programming.
• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce Security Model.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation.
• Experience with Data Loader and Salesforce Data Migration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Understanding of Git, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Educational Qualification

• BE / BTech / MCA / BCA / Computer Science or related field.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
