Salesforce Scrum Master

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Scrum Master to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will guide Agile delivery for a complex enterprise environment, helping the team stay aligned on priorities, execution, and sprint commitments.

You will facilitate collaboration across development teams and external partners while removing blockers and keeping work moving toward platform readiness.

The position also calls for disciplined reporting, continuous improvement, and strong coordination of cross-team dependencies to support timely delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the development team and stakeholders
• Own and maintain the sprint backlog in partnership with the product owner
• Track and report team performance metrics and sprint progress
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's delivery
• Facilitate communication between the development team and external partners
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices for continuous improvement
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies for platform readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP)
• 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a complex enterprise environment
• 3 years of recent experience in an Agile development environment
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
