Salesforce Senior Business Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This remote role focuses on supporting client engagements by gathering requirements, shaping process solutions, and translating business needs into clear deliverables. The position will partner closely with developers, non-technical stakeholders, and client teams to keep work aligned from discovery through execution. It also calls for a strong client-facing presence, user-centric documentation, and the ability to mentor junior analysts in a consulting environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000+ annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate complex client needs into clear user stories and process flows
• Serve as the key liaison between developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply a user-centric approach to documentation and training activities
• Analyze business processes and break down requirements for project execution
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and support their professional development

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or a professional services environment
• Strong client management skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings with minimal oversight
• Excellent liaison skills between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed
