Job Description:

Core Salesforce Customization:

• Build robust custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events and other Salesforce platform capabilities following best practices and coding standards.
• Requirement Analysis & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integration Development:
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and middleware platforms where applicable.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
• Participate in peer code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Analyze and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and provide support for complex production scenarios.
• Agile Delivery:
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution quality and development practices.

Required Skills & Experience-

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Salesforce Security & Sharing Model
• Apex
• Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Flows
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform customization and configuration capabilities.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD processes.
• Working knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
