Salesforce Solution Architect & Consultant

Position Summary

We are looking for a hybrid Salesforce Solution Architect & Consultant with 2–5 years of experience to lead client discovery, system design, and hands-on configuration across Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions for our team and clients during standard EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, map workflows, and define functional specifications.
• Design comprehensive Salesforce architecture, including data models, security frameworks, and custom integrations.
• Configure solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects) while advising on necessary custom enhancements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from design and configuration to testing, deployment, and user training.
• Guide clients on Salesforce best practices to maximize platform ROI and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting, solution design, or system administration/architecture.
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder).
• Strong command of CRM data modeling, security controls, and API integration concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.

Engagement & Schedule Details

• Engagement Type: Independent Contractor agreement.
• Working Hours: 100% full-time remote alignment with US East Coast business hours (EST).
• Setup Requirements: Dedicated home office environment with reliable, high-speed internet and suitable hardware.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
