Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Lead to design, develop, integrate, and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Architecture, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, integrations, APIs, and DevOps.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, lead technical teams, design complex integrations, and drive implementations from architecture through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Architecture & Development

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and solution architectures.
• Define Salesforce architecture, design patterns, integration approaches, and technical standards.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, scalability, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and provide technical recommendations.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead Salesforce technical delivery from solution design through deployment and production support.
• Participate in technical design, architecture, and requirements workshops.
• Lead technical estimation, sprint planning, development, and implementation activities.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and Salesforce engineering best practices.

Salesforce Integration & Data

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.
• Support data migration, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with integration and development teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and data-related issues.

Testing & Quality

• Establish coding standards, code review processes, and technical quality controls.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage and maintain high-quality Salesforce code.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot defects and coordinate technical resolutions with development and QA teams.
• Promote test automation and continuous integration practices.

DevOps & Release Management

• Design and support CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Manage source control, branching strategies, and release processes.
• Support Salesforce environment management across development, testing, and production.
• Ensure secure and compliant deployment processes.
• Follow Salesforce security, governance, audit, and release management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce technical teams and enterprise implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Lead who can balance architecture and development responsibilities. The candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions, developing Salesforce components, leading integrations, mentoring technical teams, and taking ownership of implementations through production deployment and support.
