About the Role

We're hiring Salesforce Solution Architects to lead the design on client programs where the goal is a measurable change in how the business runs, not a list of features switched on. You'll own the solution end to end, from discovery and target architecture through build oversight and go-live, across Field Service, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and the data and integration layer underneath them.

You'll join a specialist Salesforce consultancy serving service-driven enterprises, one that ties every engagement to a business result agreed with the client up front. Some programs start right away and others are part of a planned build-out of the practice, so there's room to step into active work now and help shape what comes next.

If you're the architect clients pull into the room when the conversation turns to "what should we actually do here," this role fits.

What You'll Do

• Run discovery with business and IT leaders, then turn what you hear into a target architecture and a delivery plan people can follow
• Design Field Service optimization for customers already live on Salesforce, including agent use cases for dispatch, scheduling, and technician support
• Lead Agentforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Field Service clouds, from use case selection through guardrails and testing
• Architect new Service Cloud builds with Voice and AI, plus Chat, Omni-Channel routing, and Knowledge
• Set the data and integration approach across Data 360, MuleSoft, and Informatica so the agents and workflows have clean, trusted data to work with
• Guide consultants and offshore developers through build, and review their configuration and code before it reaches the client
• Own technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs in front of client stakeholders
• Help scope and estimate new work as the practice grows

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a solution or technical architect role on client-facing projects
• Hands-on architecture experience in Field Service, Service Cloud, or both
• Delivered at least one Agentforce or Einstein AI implementation to production
• Working knowledge of Data 360 (Data Cloud) and integration patterns with MuleSoft or Informatica
• Comfortable leading a mixed onshore and offshore team
• You explain technical tradeoffs in business terms, and you're at ease with directors and VPs
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, or CTA track) strongly preferred; Field Service, Service Cloud, and Agentforce Specialist certifications a plus
• Consulting firm or systems integrator background preferred
